Roy

Retired Architect and Planner
Roy received a Bachelors of Science in architecture from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Architecture from UNM. Roy is a registered architect and holds an NCARB Certification. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, serves on the board of the New Mexico Architectural Foundation, and has been involved with the Guide since 2004.
